PAYMENT
All orders are payable via PayPal only.

To provide you with absolute transaction security we use PayPal as our secure transactions provider for all credit card payments and electronic fund transfers. With over 35 millions users worldwide, PayPal is one of the most secure, and trusted resources on the Internet.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
Access the product assortment, and click on the category of interest to you.

To select an item for your shopping cart, click on the 'ADD TO CART' button located next to the item desired. A new window will open displaying the item you have just selected. To continue shopping, simply close this new window.

You may view the items in your shopping cart at anytime by clicking on the 'VIEW CART' button located on the right side, both at the top and at the bottom on your screen. You may change your selection or the number of items in your cart at anytime.

When you have completed your shopping -

1. Select the province to which your items are to be shipped.
2. Click on the 'RECALCULATE' button to add the shipping cost to your order.
3. Click on the 'PAYMENT' button to select the payment option of your choice.
4. Fill out the order form.

Note - If you wish to have your order shipped to an address other than your home address - please include this address under "Shipping Address" on the order form.

When you have completed the form, click on the 'CONTINUE' button. Choose one of the payment options then click on the 'CONTINUE' button.

For payment by credit card, the full amount of your order will be transmitted to our PayPal secure server.

If you already have an account with PayPal, simply follow the instructions to authorize payment. If you have never uses PayPal before, you will need to follow the instructions to open your account.

DELIVERY
Despite massive product inventory, the high demand for Choppy products and circumstances beyond our control may on occasion retard our delivery process. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Most orders are shipped in a single delivery. In the event of a back order, we will contact you by e-mail or by phone to advise you of the situation and to arrange a partial shipment if applicable.

SHIPPING COST
The shipping cost is not included in our pricing and will be added to your cart when you finalize your order.

Please refer to the following chart to obtain the applicable shipping cost.

Orders may be placed from anywhere in the world but will only be shipped in Canada and United States.

We select reputable transport companies that are recognized for the quality and reliability of their services. When receiving your parcel, please verify the overall state of the box. If you suspect any damage resulting from transport, immediately indicate this on the shipping slip to facilitate any claim that is to be addressed with the transport company.

SECURE TRANSACTIONS
Information transmitted to a Bonbons Choppy shopping cart is collected on a secure encrypted server, ('Secure Socket Layer' (SSL)). Credit card information is transmitted directly to a secure encrypted PayPal server ('Secure Socket Layer' (SSL), 128-bits). The shipping of all products is provided by transport companies independent of Bonbons Choppy Ltée. Consequently, Bonbons Choppy Ltée cannot be held responsible for any product damage or delay due to delivery.
